FCC Servo : Sheeting Machine

◇Feature:
1.Main drive
- High accuracy of positioning and cutting ensured by numerically controlled servomotor.
2.Unwinding Section
- Lift-up type unwind stand with 3" air shaft. Single operator is required to manipulate and load the parent roll.
- Equipped with magnetic powder brake for tension control.
- The AC motor driven dancing roller unit for auto speed varied and assures that the most stable web feeding even under high speed sheeting machine operation.
3.Sheeting Section
- The cutting length is accurately controlled by servomotor for greatly upgrading the production speed.

FSC-301 One Step Sealing : Cutting Machine
- The machine is ideal for the bottom sealing and cutting operation of poly bags.
- For PVC shrink labels, paper and various plastic sheet cutting.
◇Feature:
1.Unwinding Section
- Replaceable unwind shaft is suited for five-claw coreless and 3" paper core.
- The AC motor driven unwind dancing roller unit for auto speed varied and assures that the most stable web feeding even under high speed operation.
2.Bottom Sealing Section
- One-step bottom sealer designed, both upper and lower sealing embossing plates assures the sealing quality.
- Bottom sealer auto ascending device which can prevent the material been overheated or broken when machine stop. (Patent No.42360)
- Skip seal function: the bag's length can reach to 9 times of feeding.
- Equipped with microprocessor PID temperature controllers which can provide the most accurate and fastest heating performance.

FSC-303 Three Step : Sealing Cutting Machine
Suitable for the 3 steps sealing operation for one side sealing bag, gusset and center sealing bag, zig-zag cutting bag, hole punching bag and notch punching bag.

1. Unwinding Section

FSC-G Rigid Film Flatten : Sheeting Machines
Designed to flatten and slice various kinds of plastic and paper. Maximum thickness of materials can reach 2mm.

◇Feature:
1.Unwinding Section
